This is data that you leave us voluntarily by completing and sending your request via the contact form on the page : emalec.com/en/contact
- These data are: first name, last name, email, company, telephone number, subject and message.
- These data are not recorded in the site database but sent directly by email to the following address : commercial@emalec.com who receives contact requests sent via this form and to which only the sales department of EMALEC has access.
- Once the responses to the requests have been sent, the personal data received by email (first name, last name, email, company, phone number, subject and message) via the contact form are destroyed (deletion of the email received and emptying of the mailbox recycle bin).
- These data are neither sold nor transmitted to a third party.
- You can exercise your right of withdrawal at any time by contacting us at : contact@emalec.com
3. Data voluntarily left by the user in the site application form
This is data that you leave us voluntarily by completing and sending your application via the “Apply now” form on the page : emalec.com/en/apply-now
- These data are: name, first name, email, telephone number, address and free comments.
- These data are not recorded in the site database but sent directly by email to the following address : recrutement@emalec.com who receives contact requests sent via this form and to which only the sales department of EMALEC has access.
- Once the responses to the requests have been sent, the personal data received by email (last name, first name, email, telephone number, address and free comments) via the contact form are destroyed (deletion of the email received and emptying of the recycle bin of the email box).
- These data are neither sold nor provided to a third party.
- You can exercise your right of withdrawal at any time by contacting us at : contact@emalec.com
